No narcotics refills, we endeavour to adhere to your appointment times, but may have to complete walk-in visits that begin right before you. To make changes or cancellations, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking portal or by contacting the clinic directly. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a $50 cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows could lead to restrictions on access to the online booking system. Due to high demand for physician consultations, individual providers may temporarily disable the online booking system to better manage patient wait times. If no appointment spaces are available, you may still walk in to see the doctor during clinic hours.
