Our goal is to reduce inpatient and emergency department pressures by ensuring safe transitions of care for medically complex patients. 2. BridgePoint Cancer Screening provides clinician-led guidance to help patients understand and navigate cancer screening options within Alberta’s healthcare system. We offer evidence-based risk assessment, education, and coordination of appropriate screening for colorectal, breast, prostate, and lung cancer (cervical cancer screening anticipated in 2026).
